hi all – wanting to get insight on this ceiling. this half bath is under the staircase, hence the drop-down ceiling.
first coat of paint is on (i'm very happy with the color and the tile so no negative comments about those please) and i'm wondering if we should also paint the portion of the ceiling that drops down halfway. the small wall to the left side of the photo is going to be wall-papered, the pattern is black with earth-toned florals; vanity is black with gold hardware and white top.
wanting to check here if there's any reason i shouldn't paint that portion up top – the rest of the ceiling would remain neutral/white.
