Wienermaxxing isn’t a trend. It’s a lifestyle. For years fine dining has needed more wieners in it and Chris intends to slide them in there. 🌭

Legend and Wikipedia has it that the Hôtel Tatin in France was the birthplace to the tarte Tatin. Whether the Tatin sisters, Stephanie and Caroline, knew that fateful Tuesday morn in 1880-something when they overcooked that upside down apple tarte that it would become a foundation for Wienermaxxing remains to be seen — but Chris and Hunter seem to think so.

Wiener rose glazed in artisanal ketchup caramel draped with puff pastry and plated in a bath of shallot mustard sauce, sourced from the Loir-et-Cher region of France according to the Instacart guy, broken with dill herb oil topped delicately with microgreens.

Behold, the Wiener Rose Tarte Tatin — the culmination of centuries of refinement flipped on its head. 🌹

What will the next stop on our journey be? Wienermaxx along side us and find out. 💪🏼
