I know the menu is from Julia Child's Menu Cookbook, but which series and episode is the clip of Julia with the monkfish from? It's not the Fish in Monk's Clothing or The Whole Fish Story episodes of The French Chef, as I just watched those. I don't seem to be having any luck finding it.

Giant superstores are what eradicated small, niche shops that only sold one thing in good, high quality. Now you get to pick from the crap they put on the shelves at Walmart and Kroger 🙄
