Kelloggs Corn Pops 😂
Mango 🥭 is a really good 💯 beverage called TARA. Do you have this type of fruit juice in Paris France?
Ohhhh not the best video to watch while I’m on diet 😂 Everything looked so delicious ❤
The prices are crazy
Great video, as always. BUT stay away from overrated places, service there is BAD and RUDE STAFF at LE COMPTOIR RITZ according to may reviews.
❤❤❤
I'm just curious, have you ever tried the French Bastard's bakery? I stayed in an area that had one. My Mom and I really enjoyed their products. It probably is not as fancy as the places you went to, but good and they are a chain. I don't go to any of the viral bakeries because I find them too pricey for my budget, but thanks for showing these
Maybe its my age talking, but when I see 18 Euros for one pastry, I have no desire to spend that much on one small pastry. We have the worst pastries/croissants in my town in SoCal. Anything I try in Paris has to be better than what we have here. I'm happy with a 2 Euro croissant.
Video perfection 5/5, absolutely love to see the various taste tests and I feel there's plenty left for sequels, it doesn't have to be viral it could just be classics of every food/drink that you love. Justice for the poor Mango's price, I think you're paying for the art. the trompe l'oeil and that took work to achieve… You may want a savory taste test next 🤣 PS It's perfect to get Arielle's palate vs Jean's palate.
I love chocolate. The flan looked absolutely perfect.
I was thinking the same thing. I’d rather go to a small neighborhood bakery and have their pastries for less cost. But then, where I live in the US the only croissants I can get are from the grocer or online ordering! When we go to Europe we are always in the pastry shops!
Another overrated tourist trap shop Cedric Grolet! Surprised onspite of all the NEGATIVE REVIEWS tourists are still falling for the hype…
Ritz au lait. Looks like rice pudding is what we call it.
Yann Couvreur is the only one I've never been able to take off my bucket list. But his paris brest is mostly why.
Wow my mouth is watering! I’ve got a sweet tooth so I’m def going to have to try some of these! 😋
Jean and Laura are lucky coz they’ve got to try some of the delish pastries!
I wasn’t too much into citrus flavored desserts until I met the hubby who introduced me to key lime pie. I still prefer my French desserts though😬
Thanks Arielle for this video! I hope it wasn’t too difficult to try all these yummy treats for us 😜
Bon weekend 😘
the french guy sounds french
You are such a cute couple😮❤Congratulations on your upcoming wedding🎉😂❤
Loving this video. Walking around Paris buying pastries then going somewhere pretty to go eat it w Jean. Perfection! ❤
Appreciate the CAD conversion. 😊
Thanks for showing the more luxurious products. To be honest, I’d be happier with a simple fruit tart. Or something I had in Paris many years ago – a piece of Diplomat, a sort of croissant, sultana and custard cake. Yum!
lol that you do captions for Jean’s English 😆
Loved this video – quite entertaining and informative! The pastries all looked delicious but so expensive! And the Jean and Laura cameos were great, as were the beautiful tasting locations in parks all around Paris.
Who doesn’t love chocolate?!
I am British but live and love France, especially love a boulangerie. We went to Cedric Grolet Operafor afternoon tea last October. It was very disappointing. The veggie sandwiches were unimaginative and boring. The cakes were all very similar and oversweet ( and I have a very sweet tooth) compared with a British cream tea it just doesn’t work. Very sad to say so. French patisserie generally rules in my book, but for an afternoon tea Cedric Grolet is a fail.
I love an unadorned fresh soft pot bellied madeleine. With a cup of tea x
Bonjour, Could you please name 3 pastries and their store names/locations that blow you away? I’ll be in Paris in 3 weeks. Thank you so much for this video.
I've been a Ritz jambon-beurre sceptic since they introduced it, but now I gotta try it! They should give you a commission! 🤣
thank you for this brief escape from all the chaos in the world, was so enjoyable to watch! I hate to think how much you spent on all those delicious goodies 🙂
You two are very sweet together 😊
I love your videos. Even when you're being critical of something (like a pastry that's not your taste), your overall vibe is that exploring Paris — and just living life — is infectiously fun. One comment: I'm sure dealing with getting the sound right for your videos is quite a challenge. But I'm wondering if there is a better microphone option? When you are holding or passing around the microphone, it feels a little distracting. For me, personally, I would almost rather that the sound be slightly worse than see so much microphone action. (However I truly appreciate all the work you put into making your videos so please take this as a fan's observation rather than a criticism!)
For me this was barely interesting, the items were just expensive and via you're own opinions left much to be desired.
I'll stick with my local boulanger.
Now a test of your French, without checking with google or ChatGPT.
What is the most elegant why of asking where is the restroom in French…I doubt you know.
What is the French equivalent of, "Enee Meenie Minie Mo?"
First time I see person who speak both English and French with no accent wow!!😍
The video is great🎉
I had the vanilla flan at Union in Paris in the 18 th. 5 Euro and very very good.
I personally will skip Cedric Grolet… sorry. I think its really overrated and overpriced. We do have an outlet here in Singapore and umm no.. I won't pay SGD$12 for a plain butter croissant.. Its like 8euro! Your comparison with some designers fashion brands are on point! Are you paying $$$ for coated canvas bag or are you paying $$$ for real leather. I will be visiting in October and some of the shops you visited are on my list too!
Sounds like you didnt love alot of these, so would be nice to know your own alternitives to something like Cedric Grolet
very interesting video 🍨 🥐 thanks for showing and kind regards from 🇮🇩 Indonesia
