I have no experience with any of these producers except Durmann.
So excited to try these! Lmk if yall have had any Le Ferme du Pasteur, Shadowfolk or Jambon. Fuck it, lmk what you like from Durmann too!
I’m extra stoked for the Shadowfolk. I got both the 2020 and 2021 Riesling which apparently should be pretty different because of the difference in time with the skins.

doing the side by side on same vintage Riesling with different skin contact times is such good experiment, jealous of that lineup
