These might be the easiest cookies I’ve ever made… 😮‍🔥🍪

Soft, chewy, naturally sweet and finished with a crackly chocolate top.

Ingredients (my adjusted version)
– 200g banana
– 70g desiccated coconut
– 20g dark chocolate (melted for topping)

How to make them
Mash 2 ripe bananas, add shredded coconut, mix well and roll into small balls. Flatten into cookie shapes, then bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (or air fry at the same temp) until golden.
Let them cool for 10 minutes, drizzle over melted chocolate and enjoy.

I tweaked the original recipe to better fit my calories & macros while keeping the flavour!
– Original used 2 ripe bananas, 2 cups coconut + ½ cup choc chips.

Macros
Per cookie (1 of 8):
96 calories | 1g protein | 7g fat | 7g carbs

Hot tip: they’re unreal straight out of the oven but even better after a stint in the fridge when the chocolate sets 😎

I absolutely loved this and for me it’s definitely Macro Magic approved @Feelgoodfoodie 😊✅

  2. Just to let you know they're lying because it's very disgusting. I did it exactly how they said to do it because it's very simple there's not much to do the only thing that made the cookies okay was the chocolate. But it's not a recipe for anyone LOL
