  1. Uhhhhhh…….. Have you EVER heard of "Mad Cow Disease"? We STOPPED eating Cow Brain, the part of the Cow's body that carries it, so as to NOT contract the Mad Cow Disease. A woman in Canada here contracted it from a DEER, as THEY are part of the ungulate family tree as well. DO NOT eat Cow brain. It's just not worth it. JUST like not eating under- cooked Pork. There IS a possibility you could get Trichinosis, another incurable Disease caused by worms that live in your Muscles.

  2. I grew up eating fried calf sandwiches, and I love and miss them; but I understand they were taken off the menu because of Mad Cow's disease. Pork brains are used now, when you can find them; but I don't like them as much.

  3. Imagine eating a human child’s brain. Okay, this was a living, mammalian child. It was a baby.

  4. Absolutely not! Eating a big piece of nervous system tissue like this is practically asking to get a prion disease!

  5. Mad cow disease is spread by eating brain where the broken proteins exist in the highest amounts that then spreads to the meat so if you eat a steak you might maybe be ok if your lucky but eating the brain is a absolutely sure way of getting the brain disease

  6. In Mexico there are a lot of Taco shops that sell Brain Tacos, there are very popular, but intestins Tacos and Tonge are more Popular… It will be nice to taste Brain in a gourment way like in the video.

  7. I've walked past it in the supermarket in Spain a few times, but the record levels of cholesterol put me off. I'll probably try it one day, but" healthy" is definitely debatable, especially when you add almost equal weight in butter.
