And yet it has a front entry garage. Yuck.
Yay! I saw this home on Zillow!
If they tear down the house I hope they at least keep the front door and add it to the new house 😍
Is there anything left here to salvage?
For Beverly Hills area this is a lost cause. I see something great to replace this home.
Fairy tale vibes!
I would take it down to the foundation and use the same foot print to save on permit and engineering fees..the house its self has no value.
it's already in escrow
Hello, Jose. Greetings from Columbus, Ohio. That was a great house tour. If I had the money, I would buy and renovate the old girl. Beverly Hills needs to do a better job of preserving it's architectural heritage. Have a wonderful week.
Is there a celebrity and/or old Hollywood history behind this home?
Omg if I had the money to buy that place I wouldn’t change a thing, just rehab it back to its former glory 😍 it’s an absolute dream home!
This house has great bones. I hope whoever buys it restores it and doesn't make it a gray box or tear it down.
I hope they restore it but that’s unfortunately unlikely…😢
Sadly, it's toast… in an insanely expensive area. Four houses down from Steve Wynn's $65 million dollar listed pad & across the street from Ron Burkle's Green Acres. This was always among BH's best areas. Unfortunately, as the background noise indicates, Benedict Canyon is now a commuter street with lots of traffic to & from the valley.
Sadly I think this house will be knocked down😢 Shame as it's got some great features and could be restored sympathetically into a superb home. Thanks anyway for the tour Jose.
Spoooookkkyyyyyy…
This house is so beautiful even with the fixing up needed! I truly hope someone gives it the love it deserves.
I imagine the previous owners were quite interesting people. Would have loved to see how this house was furnished.
Hi Jose, wow- I hope someone sees the potential and wonderful original features and does save her!
that's not a house… it's made from cardboard…
I hope the future buyer will preserve the beautiful house and not tear it down. Spanish and French architecture are my two favorites.
Great house, the remodeling is unfortunate
Such a great old house. Very grand yet not intimidating. Sad to see it go.
