I made chicken sliders on the hawaiian roles and they were AH-MAzing!! I made homemade chicken breaded tenders (used a recipe that is buttermilk + spices marinade, then toss in a flour mixture with baking powder (just 1tsp)+ spices (paprika, cayenne, S&P) add 3 tbsp of the buttermilk to the flour so that it is a bit "shaggy" coat the chicken tenders in the flour mixture, fry, then I made a simple coleslaw, tossed the chicken tenders in a butter buffalo sauce, put the chicken +a bit of coleslaw and sweet pickles on a hawaiian role…OH to The M G they were amazing!!! a bit of work but wow, best chicken I have ever made !
