I’ve been really loving South East Asian flavors lately (as evidenced by the absurd amount of rich laden festive food we indulged in for diwali), so I decided to get my creative chicken quiche game face on. All I did was get experimentative and marry a South East Asian culture into the French provincial family , and garnished the it with some scallions and asparagus spears. #nailedit.
