I went to Hong Kong to try out the famous BBQ suckling pig and beer and wine drunken hotpot. The suckling pig was cooked 2 ways and was by far some of the best I’ve ever had. The drunken hotpot was on top of a skyscraper and the theatrics, as well as the food, were excellent.
