Had a bottle back dated Trimbach Riesling last year at an event and I’ve been trying to chase that flavor profile since. Saw this bottle at the store and decided to give it a go.
Nice golden color and notes of honey/candy/apple pie. It was nice and silky and the sweetness was perfect with the Thai food I was eating. Everything about this wine was amazing; only thing is that I wish it had some petrol notes that I tasted in the Trimbach!

Those petrol notes usually develop more with age so maybe give it few more years in cellar if you can find another bottle
