Raclette nights are cozy, fun, easy to prepare and a delicious way to spend time with friends and family. It’s one of my favorite French traditions I’ve discovered since moving to Paris! Classic raclette includes cornichons, potatoes and charcuterie topped with melted cheese. I added grapes, sautéed mushrooms, apples & whole grain mustard to spruce up my plate.

Whaou that’s overcooked need to be soft and warm as a hug not crispy and boiling like an hell rock, u should do this on the pan with a light fire, much better result as our loved raclette machine tks
