As someone who's been cooking a long time and has a passion for food, I'd like to ask you directly. (Not some Google search..) Why do tons of recipes even dessert recipes… Have Pepper & Salt? I would think it'd reeeally not go, in some recipes. (Course I never liked Pepper and Salt is something I dont have often) And then there's Peppers like Cayenne Pepper being added to Chocolate Desserts. Some of them I just don't get haha. I love learning new Recipes as I am able, so I like learning the WHY too. (Like beyond just preferences. How things blend, etc.) Thank you :]
