French Onion Pot Roast… rich, deeply savoury & melt-in-your-mouth tender. This takes the flavours you love about a classic French Onion Soup & transforms it into a hearty, comforting & protein-packed main course. Beef chuck gets seared & slowly braised alongside caramelized onions, garlic & thyme in a savoury bone broth until it’s falling apart. Serve it over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes to soak up all the gravy & a side of your favourite green veg (I went with grilled asparagus but it’s equally good with blanched green beans). It’s indulgent & insanely comforting, but also super high in protein (+70g per serving), grain-free & gluten-free. Not to mention the fact that it tastes even better the next day & makes for some killer meal prep
