🧄🧀 Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
Bread (French loaf / pizza base / regular bread slices)
3–4 tbsp butter (softened)
4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (optional)
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp oregano / mixed herbs
Salt (as per taste)
1–1.5 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
👨🍳 Steps:
Prepare Garlic Butter
Mix butter + garlic + coriander + chili flakes + oregano + salt.
Apply on Bread
Cut bread into halves or slices.
Spread garlic butter evenly.
Add Cheese
Put a generous layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake / Cook
Oven: Bake at 180°C for 8–10 mins
Pan: Cover and cook on low flame till cheese melts
Air Fryer: 160°C for 5–7 mins
Serve Hot
Cut into pieces & enjoy stretchy cheesy bites 😍
