Great but incomplete video… I really hope there will be a part 2: some regions are missing like Nord/Pas-de-Calais, Picardie, Limousin, Corse, Vendรฉe, Ardennes, Drรดme/Ardรจche, plus the beautiful overseas like Guadeloupe Martinique or Rรฉunion. However, the overview is beautiful and accurate!

  4. Please stop describing ratatouille as an oven-baked vegetables casserole. What you're showing is a tian. Ratatouille is a stew cooked in a cocotte, on a stove.
