Please stop describing ratatouille as an oven-baked vegetables casserole. What you're showing is a tian. Ratatouille is a stew cooked in a cocotte, on a stove.

The ilustrations are misleading as they are AI generated and do not represent places accurately. Lyon for exemple looks nothing like that.
