I see what you did wrong different heat time and cool down very important for that special texture and melted chocolate youd have needs a good cool down time AFTER you cut the heat higher than usual maybe pre heat sure then OPEN OVEN TURN OFF 6-7 (jk maybe like 8-12 min) MIN BEFORE YOU NORMALLY WOULD THIS WAY THEY ARE SOFT DOUGHY YET ITS SUBJECTIVE WETHER OR NOT YOU WANT THEM TO DOUGHY OR NOT I CAN SEE YOU LEFT IN HEAT TOO LONG NOT GOOD COOL DOWN YOU ALLOWED IT SOLIDFY TOO FAST BASICALLY AND IT HARDENED browned TO TOO MUCH PROLONGED HEAT YET THE CHIPS DIDNT MELT BECAUSE YOU DIDNT LEAVE IN OVEN FOR THE COOL DOWN I CAN ALREADY TELL WHAT YOU DID SHEEEESH AMATEURS SERIOUSLY YOU TOOK THEM OUT AT THE WRONG BROWNING COLORING POINT AND TEXTURE SHEESH MAN SHEESH
You needed to chill it. That’s all. It’s not the recipe. The recipe is a typical recipe. But even when it doesn’t call for it, put it in the fridge to chill.
So this is what we're doing now, calling things that obviously has no bones in it "Boneless". Please find me a cookie with bones 🦴 in it while I sip on my "Boneless Tea ☕" 🤷♂️😂😂
You gotta use baking sheets. When they are done you drop them whole pan on the counter a few times it will release the air from the cookies making them moist in the middle. It’s called drop cookies is all it is.
The ambient temp in your house and your location on the planet makes a huge difference in baking if you're at a higher altitude than she is. (Sea level)
Hey Chat I have a question, do you think that I could be successful in a "not that much chocolate chip in a cookie" type business… It's just that sometimes I would rather more cookie than chocolate chip, sometimes😅
Almost all dough needs time to come together as a community in the cold like Russians do. Pop dem thang in da fridge for an hour + then bake same temp same time. You will have a much better result! ❤

I would've chilled it for a lil so that it would be easier to form

Where can I get some bone in chocolate chip cookies 🍪
My bsf would eat the dough raw i wouldn't have any dough left
I hate baking but somehow came across a chocolate chip cookie recipe that is to die for. Chilling the dough somehow makes the difference…
People just say anything
i’m guessing boneless means not cooked all the way
