## FULL RECIPE: Juicy Baked Chicken and Vegetables

**INGREDIENTS:**

**For the Chicken:**

* 1.25 lbs (about a pound and a quarter) Chicken Thigh Filet (cut into bite-sized pieces)
* 1 teaspoon Oregano
* 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
* Pinch of Black Pepper (approx. 1/8 teaspoon)
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
* 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
* 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs

**For the Vegetables:**

* 2 Bell Peppers (cut into long strips)
* 5 medium Potatoes (peeled and cut into french fry-like pieces)
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt
* 1 teaspoon Oregano
* 2 teaspoons Sweet Paprika
* 1.5 teaspoons Garlic Powder
* 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
* 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

**INSTRUCTIONS:**

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
2. Season the chicken: Combine chicken pieces with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, salt, 1 tbsp oil, and 1 tbsp breadcrumbs. Mix well.
3. Season the vegetables: Combine potatoes and bell peppers with salt, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, and 2 tbsp oil. Toss until fully coated.
4. Spread the vegetables evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Place the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the vegetables.
6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and the potatoes are tender.
