Upgrading toast the Creole way 🦐✨ Seafood, spice, & crispy bread made with Gourmia of course! Made in our Air Fryer Oven – Available at Target
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. Unsalted butter
1 yellow onion (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
3 stalks celery (diced)
8 garlic (minced)
1 lb. langonista or crawfish tails
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Blue Runner® Creole Étouffée sauce.
4oz. white cheddar
4 oz. pepperjack
Parsley (to serve)
Garlic Texas toast
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted add the onion through celery and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute or until fragrant. Add the langonista tails through etouffee sauce, stir to combine and cook until everything comes together and is fragrant. Add cayenne pepper if desired for an extra kick.
Remove from heat and add both cheeses and mix until cheese has melted. Divide mixture among Texas Toast.
Preheat Gourmia Double Door Air Fryer to broil mode at 450 for 10 minutes. Once preheated add the texas toast and cook for about 5-10 minutes or until bread is cooked through and browned to desired doneness.
Remove from air fryer and top with parsley. Enjoy!
