We sailed on the Holland America Koningsdam for fourteen nights from late December 2025 into early January 2026, including Christmas and New Year’s. In this video, we’ll share photos of the food we ordered in The Dining Room, which was the complimentary main dining restaurant located on Decks 2 and 3 Aft, at the back of the ship. The restaurant served a rotating menu each night.

Thanks you, once I talk to a couple share table with us and they said the MDR food on HAL is similar to MDR food on Carnival, I was skeptical but after watch you video I can see very clearly and on 14 day trip Carnival used to have 2 lobster dinner. BTW, Carnival also had free food kios/stand such as: Guy Fierro Hamburger, taco & burrito better than Chipotle, beef pork chicken BBQ, deli for hot & cold sandwich, Mongolian noodle for lunch, Italian pasta for lunch, and pizza made by your order.
