There’s a quieter side of Las Vegas that I love most, the slow mornings, the local spots, and the conversations that happen over coffee before the day begins.
In this video, my dad and I spend the morning at Cafe Breizh, one of our favorite French bakeries in Las Vegas. We sit down with fresh baked goods, a delicious breakfast, and the kouign-amann, a caramelized, buttery pastry with layers so crisp and delicate it completely stops you in your tracks.
More than anything, this morning was about slowing down. About taking the time to talk. About appreciating simple rituals like sharing pastries at a neighborhood bakery instead of rushing through the day.
We also had the chance to speak with Chef Pierre about what goes into creating authentic French pastries here in Las Vegas, and what makes Cafe Breizh such a special local restaurant.
If you’re looking for the best breakfast in Las Vegas, a French bakery off the Strip, or hidden gems in Las Vegas, this is a side of the city you don’t always see.
Sometimes the best experiences aren’t the loud ones. They’re the quiet mornings at a small table with someone you love.
