  1. I love all your videos because you prepare the dishes I love or ones that I have always wanted to make BUT I get so frustrated with your videos because I can’t ever find a corresponding recipe…too many hoops to go through with no results…therefore, I’m going to unsubscribe…my loss.

  12. I have to try spatchcock now. My toaster oven is tiny compared to Mom's big old oven to fit a 27lb turkey. But I think it might fit if I cut it like that. Hopefully. Gotta test this. It's pretty much everything I use on my whole roasted chicken, except the cream. I use a ton of butter though, and veg in the cavity and under. Thinking I'll like this even better, maybe a little parm or something?

  14. One chicken is too big for me, and I like chicken with skin on, so I'm just going to use a couple of thighs.
