Welcome back to the channel! Today, I’m taking you inside our guest bedroom to show you how I’ve curated a space that feels like a homely boutique hotel in the South of France—but with a rustic, soulful twist. We are diving into the world of Architectural Salvage. I’ll show you how to take “forgotten” treasures—like 19th-century wooden finials, cast stone acanthus appliques, and hand-forged upholstery nails—and give them a second life as part of decor. Also in the video, I’ve headed out to visit my dear friend and fellow vlogger, Amadeus. We’re staying in his stunning guest suite and, of course, hitting the local brocantes together to see what rustic gems we can find!

  1. I love the pink and floral fabric in your home Jeni! So happy you got to spend a few days with Amadeus. His house looks beautiful. And are your peonies blooming yet? Or did you buy them?

  2. Hi Jeni. I recently found your channel. Are you an interior designer by trade?
    You have a keen eye.

Warm wishes from South Africa 🌺🌿

  3. We have sunshine too. Feels like I am waking from a coma. Everything looks brighter and better. The flowery fabric and flower painting is a beautiful addition to your neutral color theme otherwise. Beautiful Antique outing with your friend, how fun. I went to the flower and garden show in Seattle. That was very fun as well. Yes, Spring is close.🤗

  4. How beautiful Jenni! What wonderful finds you both had. Absolute treasures. I noticed an antique butter mold with a cow…my ex mother-in-law, from Normandy, would churn her own butter and use one of those…what a dream it was to eat freshly churned butter with the cow stamp on it! Another wonderfully dreamy vlog…your guests will be very fortunate people! 🥰🤗💖Bisous Marisa 😘

  5. I love this atmosphere, everything looks so harmonious and soulful. Watching it is a great pleasure!🤍

  6. Bonjour Lovely Community! The trays have both been sold. Thank you to everyone who reached out and acquired about them. ❤❤❤❤ You warm my heart!

  7. I have taken to heart your simple use of floral fabric in your neutral home. I love the Old World look and my husband is a 70’s-80’s child and loves bright bold neon colors that make me cringe! It’s difficult to find old fabric here in California but I was able to find beautiful floral tapestry pillows on a company called Twenty Nine by Dianne that I have purchased to bring in the fabric look you were showing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful life.

  8. I see colour in your home and I love it. How nice for you to spend a couple of days with a friend and thrift with him, lovely finds 👍🤗🇨🇦🩷❤🩷❤
