Do you think peel and stick tiles look would look right in my bathtub?

I’m moving in to my first townhome and I’m a little unsatisfied with one of my bathrooms. I was wondering if you guys think peel and stick tiles would look right on this particular bathtub? There’s like built in shelves on the wall so I’m wondering if it would look right if I did the tiles around the shelves! Here’s a picture of the tub.

    Frankly, I think it would look a bit janky.

    I’d just get a quality shower curtain and some matching, spa quality product bottles for those shelves.

    I Don’t know if peel and stick could stand the water and drying. Read instructions
