I would pick D, but with darker curtains. I like the idea of a rug, rather than just carpet or hard flooring.

I vote for A personally. With some chocolate and sage pillows. I’d also choose a rug that is not the same color as your couch. If you went with E, something like this rug would be nice.

I like D, but I’d add another chair. The single chair looks so odd.
