🥧 Simple Sweet Pastry Recipe (Perfect for Apple Tart)

Ingredients:
250g plain flour
125g cold butter, cubed
80g sugar
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Method:
Rub the butter into the flour and salt until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Mix in the sugar, then add the egg.
Bring together into a dough (don’t overwork it).
Wrap and chill for 30 minutes before rolling out.
Perfect for a classic French apple tart 🍏
