Pretty sure this is/ could be replicated using ikea pieces with a little customization (I.e. cutting off-the-rack floating shelves to size, cutting one top piece for two side-by-side lower cabinet units. A few hundred bucks on materials at most, plus some unique hardware and paint, and whatever that’d cost for someone to install. Truly, if you plan and purchase carefully and explain what you need to the install crew (task rabbit maybe?) clearly, you can accomplish a custom-built-in look for cheap.
