Forget delivery. We’re making Easy BBQ chicken French bread pizza.
The secret? Head Country Original BBQ Sauce. Real ingredients. No high fructose corn syrup. Big flavor.
You can grab it at Walmart and taste the difference. 🔥
Ingredients: Head Country Original BBQ Sauce 1 loaf French Bread 10 boneless skinless Chicken Thighs 4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded) 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) Red Onion (sliced) Pickled Banana Peppers or Jalapenos
Directions: Start off by heating up your grill to around 400F degrees. While you wait prep and season the chicken thighs with whatever you like.
Once the grill is up to temp, go ahead and throw the chicken over direct heat for about 4 minutes.
Flip and paint with the Bbq sauce. Cook for another couple minutes then flip and paint with bbq sauce again. I like to flip a few times to get a bit of char. Cook these until you get an internal of around 180F degrees.
Next, slice the French bread down the middle. Paint each half loaf with bbq sauce, then top with cheese, chicken, onions, peppers, and or whatever toppings you like.
This goes over Indirect heat on a grill, or in an oven, or on a pellet grill at 400F degrees for 10-12 minutes. Top with ranch and you’re ready to dive in.
