We all have days, weeks like that Stephanie. Lol I often have towels covered in sourdough starter😂. I put those dried bits in a jar and keeping it safe for that 1 day that sometimes happens to my starter
I make blueberry compote and dress it up with vanilla,cinnamon and put beef gelatin in it and it’s soooooo good.

I've come to the acceptance that my sourdough starter is not much different than my children's paper mache projects when they were school-aged. It sticks and bonds to everything! 😅 And can be used to build school projects😅😅😅😅😅😅
