We did the full experience, including the tasting menu, champagne, and wine pairings. Every course felt purposeful and meant to be enjoyed slowly. After dinner, stepping behind the scenes to see the kitchen in motion made the night even more memorable. And the chocolates at the end — such a small detail, but the perfect finish.
