  3. Ooo I’d be down to learn more melted down mochi recipes especially if using other rice cakes. Bc I don’t live near Asian markets and keep forgetting rice flour, it’s so heavy for me to carry too. I don’t wanna pay and arm and a leg for it in the gluten free section 😅 sorry to celiacs
