Je n'aime pas le vin rouge, ça me fait mal a l'estomac, même si c'est grand cru et en plus je n'y connais rien, seul le Sauternes ou le Monbazillac passent avec du foie gras à Noël et de plus je n'ai absolument pas le palais pour savoir si un vin est bon ou pas et pourtant je suis français, mais le pinard c'est pas trop mon truc😊🇨🇵

it's easy to recognise a drinkable wine from a disgusting one. First, no vinegar taste (litterally wine sour), second not that much of woody taste (cheap red wine from Bordeaux and Burgundy could have a strong taste of oak if the barrel is not brand new), well filtered and thin filtered, third that slides on your tong and come back with a new taste (different from the first you feel when wine enters your mouth and you will discover new tastes you never know they're existing : flint taste, limestone, gun flint, added on "notes" (floral notes) drinking a good wine is a "voyage", a trip.
