I've been collecting wine for 30 years now, and am still amazed that wine professionals can be so declassé as to sluice the juice around their mouths like mouthwash and spit on camera. It is a disgusting, disrespectful habit and invalidates anything they have to say. Just taste and drink it like a decent human being, you ludicrous lightweights.
