That was a pretty little bird on the blue railing. Do you know what it was? Its wings looked a bit large for how small its beautiful puffy head was.
I loved you showing us your good cookbooks Clare! I love to just have a good read from them once in a while. i don't keep mine in the kitchen either. You guys are so funny! My favorite videos! Just anidea. Where u look out the rottered board thar stuck out of the chicken room. Why don't u clear out the hole and replace it with 2 pieces of regular 2x4s or ones of treated lumber. It just might work ❤

Before planting immerse your plants in a tub of water and leave at least an hour then plant out gives them a better start …. good luck 😉
