Languedoc-Roussillon is a huge wine producing region, known for their approachable wines, but increasingly for their quality wines.
Today we are joined by Neil and Amanda, owners of www.ourfrenchholiday.com/
They live in the village of Alet-les-Bains, a charming village with a rich cultural community vibe. It is located in the Limoux area of Langudeoc-Roussillon.
Limoux is famous for being the home of Dom Perignon, and producing a sparkling wine called Blanquette. Neil tells us all about his favourite grape variety Bourboloc.
