  1. Ryan im very impressed by your technique, sense for matching flavors, and plating.

Did you have professional cooking training/education or learning by doing home cook?

  2. Cause I surprised from comments about timing, i have decided to write you steps and timing:
    1. Prepare chicken and put in oven (15 min preparation and 45 min cooking)
1.5. Put water for pasta to boil. (2 min)
    2. Prepare salmon and put it in oven and it can be cocked in parallel with chicken if oven is strong. To not mix smells cover both dishes in foil. 15 min preparation of salmon and from 20-30 min cooking in oven.
    3. Put pasta to cook. Depends on pasta from 10-20 min of cooling.
    4. Prepare salad. 15 min and 5 min to grill halumi cheese.
    5. After pasta is cooked mixed with any sauce you like and cheese. If sauce as in video it will takes 5 min to mix and let pasta cook in this sauce.
    6. Remove salmon and chicken from oven
    7. Dont make any break for tv, or to eat or chat with people😅
That how you will do all this in 2 hours or even 1,5 hour.

  3. Just a question from a French person…what does entrée means to you guys in the US ? Because I feel like the word got lost in translation and an entrée is the main plate for you. Correct me if I’m wrong

  4. Airbnb is in Francesca Albanese, The UN RAPPORTEUR’S list of Companies Profiting from Gen0side.Airbnb lists Palestinian properties to sell as new settlements in their website. Avoid Airbnb at all Costs.

  5. I could… never do this. I love graphic design / day job. Appreciating your care to detail to do this in record time. Subbed!

  6. Don’t “invite” friends for dinner then hit them up for money afterwards.
Let them at least be able to make a choice.

  7. "Charge my friends" sounds so abrasive! Especially $50 per person… I'd either call it a bachelor party and/or wedding gift and call it a day or I'd say, "sorry, I can't do that."

What I wouldn't do is go online and publicly complain, like this… $50 per person sounds pretentious because you can literally go to dinner at an ACTUAL restaurant for $50 per person (AND THAT INCLUDES DRINKS).

So, yeah, I wouldn't be publicly complaining like this… but to each their own.

  8. I bet the people you’re feeding here,we’re amazed at how photogenic the food looks you prepared.
