Completely agree, Via Carota is for the vegetables. The artichokes and leeks are great. Wild boar ragu is good but not the best I’ve had but hits the spot when you are craving it….oh but the Meyer lemon risotto was soooo disappointing.
Idk I love Italian but via carota is mid at best. Pasta is okay, def skip the wild boar pasta. I regretted my dining experience here personally, but I also didn’t order vegetables like you said. Def read the menu before going guys!
