This video shows a small plot of vines at Chateau Lafleur in Pomerol, just to show how beautifully maintained they are, there doesn’t seem to be a leaf out of place. It just seems to illustrate ther meticulous approach to viticulture. I believe these might be Cabernet Franc vines – or Bouchet as they are called here as the Guinaudeau family still use the variety’s traditional local nam in deference to the old blocks of vines from which they have selected the wood for all their subsequent plantings.
