Honestly Europe and America got themselves into this situation a very long time ago lol America and Europe dark uncomfortable past has come back to haunt them : Africa’s resistance and demand for economic sovereignty is a key factor in the global economic and geopolitical crisis. Canada charges American cheese and butter, nearly 300% on tariffs. India 150% tariff on American alcohol. And there's so many examples like this. I fully support Trump and his tariffs.
Tariffs should be handled by a different branch of government and put up to a vote so 1 person isn't allowed to single handedly ruin the Country.

My biggest concern is how I will survive all these financial and political crises, especially given the power struggle in the US. The government has really made things more difficult for its citizens, and we cannot sit idly by and suffer all the consequences of poor governance.

Tariffs will increase costs of finished goods and components used throughout US manufacturing. This will be an immediate and huge hike in inflation. To fight inflation the Fed will have to hike interest rates which will be wonderful for the billionaires but possibly take away the middle class. Inflation is so high that consumers are literally taking debt for basic life necessities. Collapse has indeed begun..
