Note: Cook on the lowest heat possible

Ingredients:

1. Butter | Makhan – 2 tbsps
2. Eggs | Anday – 3
3. Garlic Powder – 1/3 tsps
4. Salt – as per taste
5. White Pepper – as per taste
6. Oregano (optional)
7. Cream – few drops

Recipe:

1. Add butter in a deep pan.
2. Let it melt then add 3 eggs.
3. Pierce them with a spatula add all above mentioned spices except for oregano.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Let it cook on a very low heat until it’s not runny.
6. Add a splash of cream
7. Spread it on a toast sprinkle oregano.
8. Enjoy!
