w/ a red chilli citrus salsa
every now and then we host a pot luck dinner for all our studio holders, and this week I had a mountain of sliced white onions to use up, so I made two frittatas and served them with a zingy salsa
i sometimes forget how much I love a good frittata until i make one and remember it’s one of the best meals available
i can’t wait to make sandwiches tomorrow with the leftovers – if there are any !

In my hometown in germany we have a dish that has similar ingredient but gets fried in a big pan and served with lots of garden lovage ☺️ It's called "Dippelappes" and has the funniest name.
