Thank you for including a recipe using beetroot. I love them, but not many people do!
Why are you not showing how you are slicing the beetroot or toasting the walnuts? It doesn't matter how messy it is. Did you dry toast the walnuts? A frustrating video to watch…
Maybe some feta cheese on the first dish? It has the saltiness and is dry. I'm not a beet fan but the second dish's flavor combination is very intriguing to me. Well done with this new series. 🤌
