I LOVE how humble and casual Heston is. Instant rapport. It is just confirmed how humble he is in the way he sits down with them and explains everything and eats with them. I wish more of the chefs or owners would do the same. I am loving this episode so much….lots of science too. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
