The Drunken Horse

In 1815, during the Napoleonic Wars, a British officer’s horse accidentally drank a barrel of wine while stationed in France. The horse became so tipsy it wandered into a French camp, where the enemy soldiers laughed too hard to capture it. It eventually stumbled back to the British side, becoming a legend in the regiment for “safely infiltrating enemy lines.
