Ingredients:

For the chicken:
• 3 chicken thighs
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tsp chicken seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• Olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 pack of mushrooms
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1/3 cup water
• 700 ml chicken broth

For the mashed potatoes:
• 5-6 potatoes
• Salt
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/3 cup cream
• A pinch of thyme

How to make it:
1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, and paprika. Fry in olive oil and butter until golden brown.
