ሀሎ ! እንኳን ወደ Cooking Kun ቻናል በደህና መጡ! በመጎብኘትዎ ደስ ብሎኛል፣ እባክዎን ከየትኛው ሀገር እንደመጡ ንገሩኝ ዛሬ ሁለት ምርጥ ድንች የምግብ አዘገጃጀት መመሪያዎች ይዤልዎታል። ድንች 450 ግ ድንቹን ይቁረጡ ተጨማሪ ውሃ ለ 15 ደቂቃዎች ቀቅለው ድንቹን መፍጨት ጥቁር በርበሬ 1/6 የሻይ ማንኪያ ጨው 1/4 tsp ቪዲዮ ከ1-10 ባሉት አስተያየቶች ውስጥ (10 ሁሉንም ነገር ከወደዱ) ። ግምገማህን በማግኘቴ በጣም ደስ ብሎኛል የምግብ ዘይት የድንች ኳሶችን ጥብስ እባክህ ቪዲዮውን እስከ መጨረሻው ተመልከት ምንም አስደሳች ዝርዝር መረጃ እንዳያመልጥህ እባክህ ድንቹን በመካከለኛ ሙቀት ጥብስ ለ 8 ደቂቃ ያህል ቀቅለው የተጠበሰ ድንች ኳሶች ቀላል እና ጣፋጭ ናቸው አመሰግናለሁ ቪዲዮውን ለማየት! መውደዶችን ጠቅ ያድርጉ እና ቻናሉን ሰብስክራይብ ያድርጉ። የድንች አሰራር 2 ወደ ቀጣዩ ቪዲዮ በማብሰያ ኩን ቻናል እንኳን በደህና መጡ! ስለጎበኘህ ደስ ብሎኛል እባክህ ከየት አገር እንደመጣህ ንገረኝ 120 ግራም ተጠቀምኩኝ ድንች የተቆረጠ ድንች በትናንሽ ቁርጥራጮች ይህን የድንች አሰራር ከወደዳችሁት ይሞክሩት እና ለወዳጅ ዘመዶቻችሁ ያካፍሉ ድንቹን በድስት ውስጥ ያስቀምጡ እና ውሃ ይጨምሩ ፣ ድንቹ ሙሉ በሙሉ በውኃ ውስጥ ገብቷል 12 ደቂቃ ቀቅለው ድንቹን አውጥተው ወደ ትልቅ ሳህን ውስጥ አስቀምጣቸው። ድንቹን ለመደባለቅ ሹካ ይጠቀሙ አስደሳች ዝርዝሮች እንዳያመልጥዎ እስከ መጨረሻው ይመልከቱ! 1 እንቁላል ስኳር 80 ግ ቫኒላ 1 tsp ጨው 220 ግ ሁሉን አቀፍ ዱቄት ፣ ድንችን ከዱቄት እና ቅመማ ቅመሞች ጋር በደንብ ያዋህዱ ዱቄቱን ለመቦርቦር እጆችዎን በመጠቀም ሂደቱ በፍጥነት እንዲሄድ ይረዳል ኮሜንት ይፃፉ ወይም ቢያንስ ፈገግታ ያለው ፊት ይፃፉ። አስቸጋሪ አይደለም, ግን እዝናናለሁ! … ቤኪንግ ፓውደር 1/2 የሻይ ማንኪያ ቤኪንግ ሶዳ 1/2 tsp የምግብ ዘይት 1 tbsp መቦካከሩን ይቀጥሉ ትንሽ መጠን ያለው የድንች ድብልቅ ይውሰዱ ከዚያም ወደ ክበብ ውስጥ ይግቡ ሁሉም ሊጥ እስኪያልቅ ድረስ ይደግሙ -በደረጃ መመሪያ የምግብ ዘይት በሚፈላበት ጊዜ ድንቹን ለመጠበስ ያስቀምጡት የቪዲዮ ግምገማ! 👍 – በጣም ደስተኛ እሆናለሁ ለቻናሉ እድገት ይረዳል። ለ 10 ደቂቃዎች ጥብስ ይህን የምግብ አሰራር ለሚወዷቸው ሰዎች ያዘጋጁ እና ያስደስታቸዋል. መላው ቤተሰብ ይህን የድንች ምግብ አዘገጃጀት ይወዳሉ. ለሚሞክሩት መልካም እድል። ቪዲዮውን ስለተመለከቱ እናመሰግናለን። ለሰርጡ መመዝገብ እና ቪዲዮዎችን በማጋራት ቻናሉ በቅርቡ ወደ 1 ሚሊዮን የደንበኝነት ምዝገባዎች እንዲደርስ ለማገዝ ያስታውሱ!
