Hello lovelies I’m Angela this is Parisian farm girl Vu welcome to the channel I know I’m really close I’m doing that intentional because I’m not going to reveal this project until the very end today we’re doing something we’ve never done before I’m calling this a director’s cut because it’s everything
That I filmed in the process of creating this amazing Monae project that you can’t quite see yet I’m putting it all in one video so you can see the entire process as we do it and at the end I’m going to reveal what I think is the most spectacular project we’ve done since
Moving into this house so you need to pour yourself a glass of wine make a big bowl of popcorn if you’ve been trying to convince your husband to do some of the things you’ve seen on Parisian farm girl this is the video to bring him in on
He’s going to get to see all the details that went into this as well maybe it will inspire him to help you get an old world look in your house of course you can join the oldw world design Society for that as well I’m going to start by
Taking you to Monae’s house so you can see his home and his kitchen and the original source of inspiration for this video if you’ve been following Along on this whole process some of these first things you’ll have seen you’ve seen me take you to his house you’ve seen how I
Made the tile but I know some of you are brand new so I’m not going to leave out one detail in this entire video if you need to jump around if you go down to the video description there will be chapters so you can pick and choose what
You’d like to see of course I want you to watch the whole thing a video this long needs a sponsor so I’d like to say thank you so much to Birch mattress for sponsoring today’s director’s cut edition of my Monae tile today’s video is sponsored by Birch mattress I love my
Birch mattress you’re going to love yours too did you know they offer a 100 night sleep trial and a 25e warranty what I love about Birch is that they are green guard gold certified this means there’s no polyurethane there’s no nasty off gasing they are free from polyurethane Foams and chemical
Irritants all that stuff that you don’t need to be experiencing while you’re sleeping instead of all that stuff they are using natural materials 100% organic sheep wool which actually helps regulate your body temperature it keeps me cool in the summer it keeps me warm in the winter and it has a natural flame
Resistance that is the beauty of something like wool when you get your Birch mattress they’re going to bring it right to your door it’s so easy to set up and if you need help you can arrange for them to help you with that too and they’ll take your old one away click the
Link in this video description for 20% off your brand new beautiful Birch mattress and you’re going to get two free Eco rest pillows as well I fall asleep quick I Stay stay asleep I love this mattress more than any other mattress I’ve ever had we’re adding them all throughout the house for the
Children we’ve given one to my mom you’re going to love yours as well click the link in this video description 20% off your Birch mattress two free pillows sleep like a dream when Monae found this Serene location he said I am in raptures the countryside of Sher is glorious for me
And as an artist and Gardener I felt the same the town of shiver is small and it’s full of atali and other artists and little restaurants and it’s just quaint and Charming you feel like you’ve been transported back in time and I don’t know who gets to live in this wonderful
Space but my goodness I was moved to tears to be in this space Mona’s love for color and vibrancy Japanese art and tile it speaks to me and I was not surprised to be as impressed with the interior of the home as I was with his Gardens the day I’m Sharing This started a really long time ago when we had our first home I really wanted to create an authentic French kitchen look I really didn’t know what I was doing but I knew what I didn’t want I didn’t want signage I didn’t want uh a bone
Appetit sign over my stove I wanted it to look as authentic as it could with the budget that I had and in observing a lot of French magazines and French coffee table design books I noticed that I kept seeing this tile repeated over and over again now I didn’t know what it
Was I didn’t know anything about deled tile or the whole world and history of tile but as a Young Bride I knew that I kept seeing this blue and white tile everywhere and I I had to have it I didn’t know how I was going to find it I
Didn’t know where to Source it but I knew I had to have it in my kitchen and then one day I stumbled upon a garage sale and I found this fabric it was 25 cents and I was ecstatic because as you can see it’s that tile and in the middle of
Each tile is a piece of fruit or a a chicken or a butterfly and in the center of that tile on each Corner rather is this Motif that I kept seeing over and over again now years later I know that that Motif is a Flor dele or sometimes
It’s an oak leaf but it’s this piece of fabric that really launched my first kitchen into what I was thinking at the time was a true French kitchen I painted the walls very bright Prov C yellow I took watercolor paint and really diluted it and painted a Garland of Olives
Around the ceiling and then I set out to hand paint my own tile I only had two children at the time and I spent all winter painting this tile that first kitchen is very sentimental for me and it was quite an accomplishment I painted these 4×4 tiles just like this and did
The little Motif in the corner and then when what I did is I had this towel has seen better days this is about 20 years old but this is an old towel from anthropology and these were my curtains back in the day and I did this shinery
Scene over the range and I was so proud of it it was so beautiful today in our kitchen I have deled wallpaper and I’m just waiting till I have a perfect pocket of time where I can paint all my own tile and then I’m going to tile the entire room AA Mona’s kitchen
But I have a few more all right I couldn’t resist sharing some of those flashbacks with you on how I fell in love with tile and some of the different styles I’ve created over the years so I’ve used my graph paper and now I’ve got my stencil paper and I am
Creating a stencil I know a lot of you have asked me why don’t you just stencil this tile wouldn’t it go faster yes it would but I’m using glass paint on uh just basic 4×4 in Home Depot tiles and so the glass paint really isn’t conducive the viscosity it’s not
Really good for stenciling so I’ve made the stencil so that I can lightly pencil trace the pattern onto the tile and that helps me just keep everything uh uniform if I was totally doing it freehand it might be a bit of a mess it’s hard
Enough as it is so I’ve just created the stencil so that I can trace the pencil uh you’ll see in a few minutes some blue on my stencil and that’s because originally I was trying to use a paint pen but it’s much better now that I’ve
Done so many tile I’ve figured out that it’s much better for me to just lightly pencil the pattern and then I go in with the glass paint pen and Mark everything and then I go in by hand with the actual paint and paint it on top of the paint pen markings that
Way I can get that handp painted look and it’s a couple layers of paint and everything is right where it needs to be so it’s a win winwin you can see every tile takes quite a long time now I’m going to put all the links for these products in this video
Description so yes I fill in all of the pencil markings and then go over them with paint and I let that paint dry for about 3 days and then um many of you have asked do I fire this tile and yes with this glass paint you fire it quote
Fire unquote it in your oven and the directions are right on on the bottle and it makes it water resistant it holds up when you’re grouting it it holds up to cleaning and it’s really really an incredible thing to be able to paint your own tile and to have an idea and
See it come to fruition so this is probably going to take me the better part of a year I’ve got hundreds of tile to paint and as you can see they take a long time but you know when something has been in your mind mind when something’s been in your heart for so
Long it’s worth the Effort Where’s that it’s a big Cy Shelf He He N W Hello lovelies I’m Angela hello lovies I’m Angela this is Parisian farm girl welcome to the channel I hope you watched the most recent video I hope you’ve been watching all the from chaos to Cuisine videos that’s going to help today make sense there’s a lot going on
Here so much going on there’s not really anything for me to do right now in the small pocket of time that I have before my french lesson so I’m going to work on my Monae project pretty windy I’m going to come back here uh probably 5 years ago we made a
Faux fireplace in the kitchen and my design idea was that I wanted it to look like my idea was that I wanted it to look like those old chimneys those old fireplaces that you see in France where it’s no longer a working fireplace and instead they’ve put in uh the range or
Like in England they’ve put the AA in its place so um above that is where I’m starting my Monae tile and again if you haven’t been following Along on this whole whole journey uh I invite you to do so I will stick a playlist link up in
The top here so you can maybe get brought up to speed um I’m painting these tile because I’m obsessed with Sherie there’s my XY apron and uh I don’t want to wait until I have all of the hundreds of them painted so I wanted to get started and just get some
Instant gratification there’s so many working parts to this project where I’m tinkering with the Monae tile and putting down the Terracotta as we remove the wood floors as you saw Joel around the corner we’re sanding them and cutting them and storing them in the conservatory which is where my art
Studio is where I paint it’s a pain the house is going to hell in a hand basket quickly it’s very chaotic I’m trying to just take it in stride uh we have to bring the wood indoors because we don’t have room out here in the garage with
Everything that we have going on here with the tile and it needs to stay uh acclimated to the house we don’t want to keep um we don’t want to store it outside and then have to Lug it all back in to acclimate to the temperature of
The house before we install it I think I’m going to be installing that floor and then the long-term plan and the original plan when I made the conservatory was um to paint it in a black and white checkerboard like Harley Quinn pattern which is just something
That’s so near and dear to my heart I had it um in our original home I painted the wood floors that way I love a black and white floor I got to have it with my brick walls and my green paint and my house plants and my art studio so every
Room is being uh occupied now by the Terra Cotta tile project I’ve got an hour and a half until my french lesson and I am going to try to make some progress with my tile project there’s just something about um getting a win really in all of this chaos I just need
A win I’m here for it so I bought some wood yesterday I’m going to frame out that door that you’ve seen that I’ve been using as my mantle um we just found it in the basement when we first moved in and I set it aside for this project and so I’m
Going to frame it out I’m going to paint it the color of luga which is my Lon that’s her um affectionate the affectionate name we have for her I’m going to see how I like that so with all of this uh kitchen design that I’ve been doing for the last 6 years there’s
Always this sort of push pull between the really rustic and the Really Charming a more clean look so Monae’s kitchen definitely has a more clean look it’s shiny tile it’s shiny copper there’s not really any stone he does have the toat the terracotta tiles um so I’m debating on
If I’m going to keep my beams a nice rustic wood or if I’m going to paint them so right now I’m just like inserting a little bit of shiny over the stove I know I’m all over the place um you can see why if you’ve been watching
The from chaos to Cuisine uh sort of series we’re doing on the channel you can see why I mean it’s it’s chaotic there’s No Way Around It my goal is always to have everything in order by the time the Tulips Bloom by the time everything starts to get pretty right
Now it’s gray and dingy we’ve been blessed with beautiful weather I’m out here in a t-shirt I should be in a snowmobile suit so I’m going to bring this wood in and measure and then bump Joel off of the saw because I did it myself so I can make a little progress
Before my Class A Okay hold on let me get positioned here I I had to quit yesterday yesterday uh did not go the way I wanted to so I’m trying to remember what I filmed last I think it was me getting stuff out of the truck and cutting the wood for this project
Well it was really cold it was colder than I let on in that video I’m sure I’m all like Rosy cheek and it was just cold um then I got started and I was killing it I like carpentry I like I use the word carpentry like very very Loosely
But I do enjoy like doing baseboard and crown molding and things like that so I was pretty jazzed to be working on my project and we had made our big trip like you saw to Home Depot the wood from Home Depot and Lowe’s and all those stores is so
Bad it’s so expensive and it’s so bad it was crooked we were struggling even finding a piece in the store we thought we had found one hold on while I pull on to the highway here we thought we had found one uh a few pieces that was going to work and
So last night I was cutting the wood and I brought it inside I don’t think I filmed this part um I put the wood up on the front of the mantle and sure enough it was like kicked out like this you know like peeling away from the wood so I was
Going to really have to nail it down I didn’t want to do that I was just going to use Liquid Nails um and so I pulled it away and I standing in the kitchen and I just said to myself how bad is it really and I
Just took the piece of wood in my hand and just sort of wiggled it around it snaps right at the Finger Joint the last big stretch of wood that I had I don’t even remember if I swore or cried all I know is I don’t have another
3 plus hours to go to Home Depot for another piece of wood I’m so disappointed so I am just talking to you in real time I don’t know how this video is going to turn out I have a feeling I am going to attempt to
E6000 and clck the crap out of this wood just so I can finish today’s video and then if I have to replace it I’ll replace it I don’t know when I pop it back up there you know if I put that pressure on it I it’s probably going to
Crack again so this is the video we have planned in our timeline and I don’t even know at this point if I’m going to have a finished product to close for like an ending scene it’s crazy we went to a local lumber yard of course one of the bevels was slightly
Off it wasn’t going to match just just infuriating uh so I’m going to go have some fun for an hour I’m going to go pick up a Drapers table if you’re in my old world design Society you know all about how excited I am about this Drapers table because we’ve been talking
About it in our group chat uh coffee talk every Friday morning for weeks and I have a panel from luga my range if you’re new to whoa if you’re new to the channel uh luga is my stove that’s what I call her and um I have a panel from when we had
Some repairs St last year and I’m taking it to the hardware store to have paint matched and so that’s what I’m doing this morning I’m getting out of the house for just a little bit which I don’t like to do rather just stay home and plow through the projects but I have
Some antiques to ship from my shop and I need to get paint and I need to pick up this table so so many things going on and um I guess we’re going to find out as this video progresses whether I can pull this off or not even if it’s
Temporary if it can just look okay for now until the next time I can travel South to Home Depot I’m going to be okay with that He Oh Oh Okay before I oh my gosh that’s just going to look so great I I got to sort out this um tile idea here the tile idea for right here yeah yeah you said bring this yeah so it’s going to sort of be contingent on how like not filming anything on how um
Small you can cut those little pieces oh gotcha to frame out my tile cuz that will determine like how o okay check check we’re working holy French Farmhouse Batman uh the Sun is going down and this is just sort of what it is as you
Saw when I did my little happy dance in front of the saw um Joel went to the local lumber store and um we talked about it this morning and I know I told you that they didn’t have anything that matched but today I was just really pushing like I
Wanted to get this project done I said how close is the bevel he’s like it’s like one off so bless his heart he went there and I said that’s fine I’ll just redo all the cuts on the mantle so the side pieces can be from
Home Depot and the mantle can be local I don’t care I just want to finish something so he uh needed a break you know his knees needed a break he’s like taking out this floor and it’s horrible and um he ran and got me a 9t run so I
Can finish this tonight so I’m going to take you in the kitchen the sun’s going down and uh I know this visually isn’t the quality of some of my videos it’s because I’m using my phone and so it gets a little grainy and you’ve probably
Seen that in the last few weeks on and off like good quality grainy good quality grainy I’m not apologizing just is what it is it’s so much easier to film with my phone than my big DSLR I love her but I I have to keep moving
Because uh France is 3 weeks away and so here’s where we are he just took out those floors let’s see if I can focus on that there we go he took those out that’s what he’s been doing today I’ve been working on this um I don’t know
What should we call it the Monae mantle and I told him I said I’m going to open a bottle of dry Farm we’re going to get carry out cuz there’s no cooking happening in this space and I’m just going to keep working all night I’m very
Task oriented and I like to finish a project so I’m going to try to finish tonight so he’s been cutting these little tiny strips of lumber for me he just did that for like 10 minutes cuz I need little tiny pieces I have these tile now if you’re in my old world
Design Society you’ve seen these tile we’ve been talking about them in my Friday morning coffee talks of course the link is always up in the corner once or twice in every video so you can try a month free um we get together on Friday mornings and talk all things design
Amongst other things that we do in the society uh so I’m going to bring you here and there we go I have these beautiful tile that were dug out of the ground if I can focus on them in England they’re gorgeous they’re deled uh you’ve seen these sorry my mic is making the
Phone like swing from the weight um seen these online they’re very valuable and rare and Fabulous and I’ve had it in mind for years these have just been sitting in the drawer but I’ve had it in mind since we did this to put them right
Here there you go and so I need a tiny little piece of wood to frame this out and so that’s what he’s been doing he’s been running wood on the saw and trying to like really bring down some of the pieces that we have so a while ago you
Saw me pop some pieces in he’s taking those and trimming them down so that I can frame this out now the full idea is this so if we have one of those right here then um a while back and especially on Instagram I’ve shown you my little wine cabinet closet back
There uh the same company that makes the deled wallpaper that I have in the kitchen that was just kind of a hold over they also make wallpaper with these tile so I’m going to put the real deal here and you know how much I strive for authenticity
I don’t really want anything fake in the house but I’m going to concede back in the wine closet I’m going to use the wallpaper that matches these because it’s shadowed and it’s a Nook right I mean let’s see I’m click keep focusing on it there’s curtains and you’ll just see
It as you’re walking by so I’m going to use our brick that we used in the conservatory on the flant ceiling it’s a really cute space if you’ve been watching the channel for a long time maybe you remember from 5 years ago this is where the hot water heater was and
There was a Louver door and I’m like that’s got to go the water heater has to go in the basement gross so we put it in the basement and now I have this great space for my wine um and that is the plan so that’s what
I’m going to be doing this evening I need to position these just right so that I know how low I want to drop this so Joel is about done for the day but I said I’m going to put on a podcast and I’m going to keep plugging
Away because uh I want to be done with something I want to grout the floor tomorrow I want to start laying tile where he’s removing all of this wood and keep moving forward and I am beyond ecstatic to use these tile again this might be a to be continued maybe right
Now is where I type to be continued I don’t know how this video is going to play out but I’m really um enjoying bringing you along for the playby play Here’s the thing uh you saw that kitchen there’s no way I’m making dinner in that chaos and so I don’t often get to play this card but I’m playing it tonight and we ordered pizza for the children and then remember that um wedding that I styled and did the flowers for in June
For a friend’s daughter well the bride in the groom graciously gifted us with a gift certificate to one of the local restaurants in town and I’ve just been sitting on it for such a time as this so Joel what did you order here let
Me mic you what did you order I got uh maybe pot stickers pot stickers and maybe some crab cakes yeah pot stickers and crab cakes for the record they won’t be near as good as my crab cakes but pot stickers crab cakes I got crab nachos oh
Boom sounds good and uh a few weeks ago I learned how to make uh one of our family’s favorite carry out dishes from a restaurant that is no longer and it’s danan it’s a Chinese recipe and in doing so then I started making my own hot red
Pepper sauce red pepper oil so we have plenty of that on hand um oh yippy for me yeah yippy for me Some Like It Hot ice cream sticks CU I need them to shim this up while it Dries You’re freaking me out so which so this hole and this hole what so that’s got an X through it or whatever that’s this hole and this hole Yeah so this hole yep and this hole yep thisle thisle and then the bottom one actually goes right right in the joint I think that’ll be
Interesting oh gosh that makes me want a parf the whole world is watching you Joel oh great wish me luck I’m going to anle oh my gosh I can’t I’m going to drill in on an angle toward cuz the stud’s in here so I want my screws going
In that way a little bit okay don’t don’t ask me okay that’s tell you I’m just telling you that’s right where it was hanging before oh okay oh I can’t think we may have success oh my gosh Uh the Shelf is outside and I haven’t painted it yet shoot it’s going to be really weird to I mean we’ve had it clean for a few days you know what sweetie it’s going to be different to have something oh sorry I guess I shouldn’t
Have mess with that yeah I got to screw that in okay fix It how are we doing in here students I hate curses so much you hate curses I hate curs you think I can learn curses soon you can learn cursive soon I learn about Planes I don’t know if you’re l oh it doesn’t got be close where’s the uh bracket ending up in a different different location yeah not quite were you in the crack I was in the crack before it’s like right here oh but but look but look at where the stud is it
Doesn’t the stud doesn’t want to line up in the crack that’s why it’s lining up in different place oh yeah so okay Okay Oh Oh my gosh what oh my gosh what look what I just tried peace out I just filmed myself like just in case right mhm look I these have always been open right I’m sorry jeez I’m sorry I my all right mhm so watch look at it’s a perfect fit how do
We P those in there 86,000 sweet now they have like an end andan I can’t do because it’s a hanging like what I would love but I discovered it before I designed that fireplace thing is like the Deval where they it’s a there’s this company I I know you don’t
Know it’s called Deval and they their stuff is fabulous I am going to order their S hooks instead of the brass or the ugly silver metal ones but their racks are so beautiful right but the kitchen isn’t really configured for one of theirs so we got to stick with your
Copper pipe here but now we can cap it I can’t believe that I can’t believe I thought that it might work I didn’t know there was this what would you call that this lip and the lip fits right over the that’s amazing all I got to show I got to film this
Look see if I can show them specifically Boop it’s right over that until you came around lost under the cloud only gray skies I know they always say this never happens but it happened I know it’s what they say but it did I know they always say this never happens but it happened I know it’s what they say but it
Did I hope I hope I hope I hope that you will stay forever I hope I hope I hope that you will stay forever I hope I hope I hope that you will stay forever I hope that you will stay forever stay forever guess you figured out what it’s all
About but tear my walls right down and in the ashes will’ll dance around I know they always say this never happens but it happened I know it’s what they say but it did I know they always say this never happens but it happened I know it’s what the to say but it
Did I hope I hope I hope I hope that you will stay Forever [Laughter] The L So this is what we’ve been waiting for it was well worth the wait one of the things I think that makes a project just extra special it takes it sort of over the top as if hand painting a ton of tile isn’t over the top enough but I
Love details and I think that using these old tile that I just been sitting on for so long was brilliant I’ve been just chewing on that idea forever it was so great to get them out of the drawer and finally give them new life even though they’re chipped I grouted them in looks
Fantastic it’s just perfect for this spot I can’t believe how they worked even though I designed this five or six years ago and I’ve had this idea for just a couple years I just love how that came out the copper looks amazing you know at first to think about using a a
Navy blue or a cobalt blue paint with the light blue it’s a little jarring it you know I was like is this going to work even my mom said I don’t think those two colors are going to really go together I said no Monae has those two
Colors in his kitchen and it was a challenge to go to the paint store and find a color to match luga it is almost a perfect match I wasn’t able to match the actual panel that you saw me take to the hardware store because of the
Reflection I did stand there for a while and even in our small town I pulled out as many light blue samples as I could till I found this one it’s uh it’s a perfect match I’ll put the color um on the blog post so be sure to always check
The blog post that goes with these videos it was really great to dig this piece out I haven’t had this hanging since um a previous home of ours all in all it’s just it’s spectacular when you walk in the door this is the first thing
You see so as far as design goes having a focal point in a room is so important as if luga wasn’t a focal point now she just sings thank you so much for joining me today on this very special never done before director’s cut video if you watch
Till the end good for you you got to see the entire project all the family Dynamic and everything that goes into creating something like this if you would like more information or if things like interior design and Old World style are right up your alley I invite you to

The old tiles are my favorite and I love how they are featured right in the front. Fabulous!!
Stunning!! 😍. You did it!! You're doing it!!! 👍🏼
I Love the tile! I cant find where you give the product information.(Paint pen and paint in the bottle)I am very interested in trying this project.
Thank you
Looks like stepping back in time. How difficult is it to wash copper pots after cooking? What about pans, obviously they are not nonstock so do u have to use a huge amount of oil?
Bravo!!
I'm speechless Angela. Its so beautiful! You are incredible and Joel is too. I can't wait for more reveals.
Beautiful! 💚 💙
It is beyond lovely, Angela! You and your hubby are doing so well in the renovation!
Giving us what is happening before the reveal gives us a true insight into how it is with you and your family..no pretence..it is hard work ambition and manifesting the end result which is amazing..gob smacking amazing..thankyou for letting us share this joy with you..your vision is there for you to see every day…. ❤ 🇫🇷 ❤
S so beautiful Angela ❤
LOVE THIS! But why do you use the glass marker and then paint over that? Can you not just use the ceramic paint over the pencil markings? Or does the glass marker serve as a primer for the glass paint? It is beautiful.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole video, I like this type of video the best. Your tile and stove area turned out so incredibly beautiful! The two special larger tiles and the paint color really pulled it all together… Honestly, I'm very impressed with this and love it so much! I'm so happy for you! ❤
STUNNING
We love Duvall as well. I immediately fell in love with the light blue. It just sings in beautiful harmony with the cobalt and copper. LOVE.
It looks wonderful ~ talk about focal point! 🩵
Absolutely gorgeous! All your hard work was worth it!

BEAUTIFUL.
Love everything but the placement of the 2 tiles, it just looks forced. They will find a place but this just isn't it.
Magnificent ❤
Beautiful job ❤. It's wonderful to see a realistic family trying to create on a budget. 🎉
I mean………WOW!
I have been in Monet’s house and gardens when my daughter and family lived in France for a couple years. We also visited Versailles, absolutely gorgeous. A must for anyone visiting France. Chambord Castle and Villinay are beautiful too. I was in several French homes and gardens. I didn’t really see a lot of chipped old furniture or decor, they were more modern and beautiful.
What do you clean your copper with…I would love to know, my kitchen is so close to yours, I love to watch your videos, awesome job!
Oh my gosh Angela you did it again!!! ALL THE TILES ARE JUST GORGEOUS and WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU DID!!! You and Joel work so well together and I love how he helps you with all your projects you want with your BEAUTIFUL home…I LOVE what you have done, it’s all exciting and I always look forward to your next…THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH US…
Everything is incredible! Loved this video❤
Oh Angela! How gorgeous! Thank you for the forever momentum!❤
I love my Copper too, its biblical……Solomon’s Temple:
King Solomon, known for his wisdom and wealth, built the First Temple in Jerusalem for the worship of Yahweh. Copper played a significant role in this temple.
The Molten Sea (also called the Brazen Sea) was a large basin made of copper. It stood in the south-eastern corner of the inner court. According to the Bible, it was five cubits high, ten cubits in diameter, and thirty cubits in circumference. The brim was like a lily blossom, and it rested on the backs of twelve oxen. The basin could hold two or three thousand baths of water1.
The copper from Solomon’s mines likely provided the metal used in the building of the temple and for all the utensils used in temple services2.
It is so beautifully done. Since I was a 12 year old, I lived in the Netherlands, I had always loved blue delft tile and copper. Oh, I just love it!!! Bravo!!!!’
Congratulations! It is really lovely.
