Kilchoman 7 year Sauternes cask finish is an INCREDIBLE single malt scotch. Sauternes are a sweet French wine and the way they blend in with the smoky and briny character of an Islay is almost perfection. This is only the second bottle I’ve had of a Sauternes and both have been absolutely excellent. I hope you enjoy the review as much as I enjoyed the scotch, cheers!
